Suitably qualified tenderers are invited for the Annual Contract for Cleaning Service at Western (Kuching) Region stated as follows:

1. UPKJ Registered Category: Supplies and Services Bumiputera Status Class C or above Head VII Sub-head3(a)i.
2. Tender briefing is mandatory for all BumiputeraTenderers.

*Interested tenderers are required to produce evidence of fulfilling above-mentioned mandatory requirement. Failing which, your intention will be rejected.

In the email, the Tenderer shall inform the Employer of the persons’ details (Full Name, email addressanddesignation)thatwillbeattendingthe tenderbriefingonitsbehalf andattachthe copies of Company Registration (Form 24 and Form 49) or Form I (The Businesses, Professions and Trading LicensingOrdinance).

ONLY shareholders, directors or Company's authorized personnel (through company's authorization letter) and mandatory key personnel shall be allowed to attend the Tender Briefing.

ONLY shareholders, directors or Company's authorized personnel (thru company's authorization letter) shall be allowed to attend the Tender briefing and Site Visit (if necessary).

All tenderers must bring along Original Copies (for verification) of Company Registration (Form 24 and Form 49) or Form I (The Businesses, Professions and Trading Licensing Ordinance) and Company Official Stamp during the Tender Briefing.
